The day I made a cake

On Sunday I made a cake with my nabuer (*neighbour) friend who lives down our street. When we were at church we planned it. It was going to be a waterfall cake and a picnic. When we got back home we started making it.  

We put in sugar milk eggs butter flour coco powder

Then we mixed it up in the mixing machine and we checked it and it was alright and then we brung the bowl over to the side then we put it into the cake tins.  There were 3.

Then we put them in the oven.

While the cakes were cooking we were doing the decorations

We got the cakes out of the oven we put chocolate butter icing on top of 2 and put them on top of each other then we cut out a little shape for the water fall.  We started to ice it

We wer very pleased.  We took it down the road to my nabeur lady's house and our other neighbours came round to EAT IT

This is the recipe we used

300g self raising flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

6 tablespoons cocoa powder

6 eggs

335 g soft margarine

2 tablesoons dark brown sugar

285g sugar

1.5 tablespoons milk

we put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mixed them up, put them in 3  8" round cake tins and cooked them for 25 minutes at 180C/350F, gas mark 4

Burns Night Sleepover

I went to my friend's house for a sleepover on Burn's Night and Abs and I had a job to do taking the coats from the people who came to eat haggis and neeps.  Mummy and Daddy came to Abs house for Burns night food but they went home and left me there. It was AMAZING and we stayed up til 10 playing on the ipad.

And I went down to see the grown ups before I went to bed. They were very very noisy.

When my friend came round to play a baby from down the road came to play as well.  We ate FROSN PEAS they were delishers and FREEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYIIINNNNNNGGGGG!

Frozon peas are heilthy even though they are fun to eat!!!
